Author(s), must DECLARE and AGREE, to the following guidelines in order to publish the manuscript.
Author(s) declaration
The article submitted is an original work and has neither been published in any other peer- reviewed journal nor under consideration for publication by any other journal. The text, illustrations, tables and any other materials included in the manuscript do not violate upon any existing copyright or other rights of anyone.
The Article contains no false or other unlawful statements and does not contain any materials that infringe any personal or proprietary rights of any other person or organization.
Author(s) agreement
This license involves the right to provide the Article in electronic online formats and hard copies. Ariviyal publishing will have the right to print, publish, and create derivative works throughout the world, all rights in and to all revisions or versions or subsequent editions of the Work in all languages and media throughout the world.
Authors’ rights
The author(s), reserve the following rights:
- All proprietary rights other than copyrights such as patent rights.
- The right to use all or part of this article, including tables and figures in future works of their own, provided that the proper acknowledgment is made to the Publisher as copyright holder.
- The privilege to make copies of this article for his/her own use, but not for sale.
Authors’ warranties
- If any plagiarism found in my article after Publication, I am the entirely responsible of it not Ariviyal Publishing Journals or Ariviyal publishing Board members.
- I have obtained written permission from copyright owners for any excerpts from copyrighted works that are included and have credited the sources in the Article before submitting to Ariviyal Publishing.
- If the Article was prepared jointly with other authors, I have informed the co-author(s) of the terms of this License agreement and that I am signing on their behalf as their agent, and represent that I am authorized to do so.
- If any dispute arises, final decision shall be taken by Ariviyal Publishing Company.
